Final decisions regarding admission, eligibility, entrance exams, and visa approvals are made solely by universities and authorities. We do not guarantee admission or visa approval.
3. Entrance Examination & Admission Policy
Applicants must comply with university-specific admission requirements, including entrance examinations where applicable. Students are required to pass the entrance exam conducted by their chosen university. In case a student does not qualify, we may assist in securing admission to an alternative or top backup university. However, the registration fee remains strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Fees & Payments
All service charges are clearly communicated through official proposals, quotations, or invoices. A booking or registration fee becomes strictly non-refundable once services such as document translation, entrance exam arrangement, or documentation processing have commenced. The remaining balance must be cleared before submission of applications for invitation letters and visa processing. Late payments may result in additional charges or delays in the application process.
The One-Time Charge (OTC) is a mandatory, non-refundable fee payable in Russian Rubles and must be settled in full before departure from India. The equivalent amount in Indian Rupees will be calculated based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. Failure to make timely payment may result in delays or discontinuation of processing and pre-departure services.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate and up to date, university fees, eligibility criteria, and policies are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for discrepancies arising due to changes made by universities, governments, or regulatory bodies.
